Cool Beans
My bestie Nehir told me this one; Perfect for days when your energy's in the gutter but you don't want your protein intake to go with it.
Ingredients
- A can of beans - I use mixed beans because I like the variety, but any bean you have on hand will do! Hell, chickpeas work just as well
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch of mint - can be freshly chopped or dried
- 1 pinch of parsley - can be freshly chopped or dried
- Salt & pepper - to taste
Method
Rinse your legumes, then mix everything together. Huzzah! For some reason they taste best when eaten with a spoon.
