In a large pot, saute the onion until golden. Add garlic, chillis and bell pepper and cook until the garlic is fragrant. Add the celery, potatoes and dry spices, and cook until the potatoes soften.
Add the butter beans and broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Bring the heat down to medium-high, and let it bubble for a bit.
Once all the vegetables are tender, add the kale and dill. Once the greens soften, stir in the lemon juice, and serve!!!
