Welcome to the kitchen!
I enjoy cooking quite a lot and my mom says I do it well. Everything i cook is vegetarian at least, vegan at most.
But! Frequently I have little energy to do basic things, including making food :c So I'm classifying recipes by how energy-intensive they are for me to make :>. Some will fall into two categories, with alterations for both!
- Low energy recipes are all one pot, take 15mins max to make and rely lots on frozen/premade ingredients. Some don't require cooking at all! For days where we're just not functioning.
- Medium energy recipes are mostly one/two pot, take up to 45 mins to make and require some prep! Expect lots of stews and soups here.
- High energy recipes are mostly holiday items or for when I get a random burst of motivation at 2am and feel like a superchef. All baked good go into this category, as well as recipes that generate an absurd amount of dirty dishes.
- Misc recipes are for prep/ingredient stuff that don't make a dish by themselves! Thhink spice blends, oils, etc.
- ** next to a name means there is a lower energy variation!
